As Chief Information & Analytics Officer (CIAO), Rob Sullivan is responsible for developing Symphony Health’s next-generation architectures and current generation applications, data architectures, and analytical strategies within the organization, in partnership with commercial and operational organizations.
Rob brings to Symphony Health more than 30 years of machine learning, data analytics, large-scale data environments, software engineering experience, and deep knowledge of highly-distributed software application development, along with experience in the healthcare industry working with companies such as Focus Diagnostics and IMS Health. He started his career in the United Kingdom at British Telecom, followed by a position at a specialty technical consulting company in Europe. He then moved to the United States, where he worked at CSC Consulting before starting a specialty consulting company. Rob has been in the consulting space for over 20 years, holding CIO-equivalent positions at a variety of companies.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Wales in the U.K. and a published author of a Data Mining book for the Life Sciences.
