Symphony Health Presents at PMRG Institute

Symphony Health’s Ewa Kleczyk, Nitin Choudhary, and Tim Hare, all part of the company’s Commercial Effectiveness consulting practice, presented this week at the PMRG Institute, held in Cherry Hill, NJ. The team presented a poster titled “Redefining Trigger Design Based on Machine Learning Modeling” which discusses how traditional approaches to developing triggers can be skewed towards judgment rather than science, due to the fact that they involve collaborative human interactions and employ data mining techniques based on historical data. Alternately, machine learning can be useful in determining accurate and effective triggers, which can maximize impact. The poster concludes that the new machine learning approach for trigger design allows for efficient, effective and more accurate way for aiding physician targeting.
