Executive Leadership Team
Doug joined Symphony Health in 2019 after more than 20 years in the life sciences business and nearly 10 years at PRA Health Sciences. With his diverse background in consulting, analytics, and CRO services, he is focused on bringing innovative offerings and partnerships to the market. Prior to Symphony, Doug held several business development leadership positions at PRA. His last role was Senior Vice President, Global Business of PRA’s Product Registration and Real-World Solutions divisions. During his tenure, sales grew 75% in the US and 33% globally, surpassing $1.5 billion in sales. Prior to joining PRA, Doug was the Global Vice President of Business Development for Octagon Research (now Accenture) and Head of US Business Development for MDS Pharma Services’ (now Syneos) Global Clinical Development Division.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Tulane University.

Rob develops Symphony Health’s next-generation architectures and current-generation applications, data architectures, and analytical strategies. He brings more than 30 years of machine learning, data analytics, large-scale data environments, software engineering experience, and deep knowledge of highly distributed software application development to Symphony Health, along with experience in the healthcare industry working with companies such as Focus Diagnostics and IMS Health.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Wales in the U.K. and a published author of a Data Mining book for the Life Sciences.

Brian manages Symphony Health’s strategic relationships with client partners. He has a strong track record of strategic account management, formulating innovative sales campaigns, and successfully negotiating complex agreements. Previously, Brian worked at Wolters Kluwer as the VP of Sales for West Area and was responsible for all major clients in Midwest and West Geographies. He also held Sales Leadership positions at NDC Health, VWR Scientific Product, and Baxter Healthcare.
Brian graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Accounting.

Lynne has over 20 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, especially in enabling business transformation through healthcare data analytics and technology. Prior to her role at Symphony, she led business development activities at ClaritasRx and customer operations at NDCHealth. Her extensive background in leading complex data platform transitions for clients, empowering high performing teams that deliver exceptional customer service, quality deliverables, and positive client outcomes makes her an asset in her current role as head of account services.
Lynne holds a BS in Finance from Charleston South University.

Jeff focuses on organizational strategy, training and development, and talent management. Prior to joining Symphony Health, Jeff was Vice President, Human Resources Operations at SunGard’s Financial Systems Division, a technology solutions provider to the financial services markets. Prior to this he served as SVP, Human Resources for SunGard Higher Education (now Ellucian) from 2002 – 2012. In this role, he helped lead the integration of acquired businesses into a highly profitable, combined unit with 2,500+ employees.
Jeff holds a BA from Temple University.

Gaby is Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Business Partner to Symphony Health. She supports and provides guidance to the business on all legal matters, including commercial transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property issues. Gaby was previously in-house at Syneos Health, where she focused on commercial transactions, M&A, and legal entity management. Prior to that, she was a corporate attorney in a private practice.
Gaby received both her BA in Journalism and her JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Heather brings extensive business-to-business marketing experience to her role at Symphony Health. She has performed marketing strategy, creative development, market research, and brand management functions at Fortune 500 companies such as McKesson, CVS Health, and GE Capital. Heather brings over 20 years in the healthcare and information industries. She understands the nuances of the market and translates that knowledge into unique, targeted messages and campaigns.
Heather holds a BA in English from Muhlenberg College, and an MBA in Marketing from Western International University.

Commercial Leadership Team
As SVP of Health Data Services, Derek is responsible for Symphony’s patient-centric integration services, leveraging our industry-leading Health Data Management Platform (HDMP) to integrate patient-oriented events and innovating analytic tools to manipulate and visualize the integrated data. Derek joined Symphony Health from Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, where he was Practice Leader for Commercial Operations and Analytics. Derek has held senior leadership positions at a number of technology services firms, including Praceipio Partners and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Derek holds a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Paula brings over 30 years of professional experience in research and consulting to Symphony Health. She is responsible for partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies throughout the country to define business issues and develop cohesive, targeted solutions. Prior to joining NDCHealth, Paula was Director of Research and Data Management at SMG Marketing Group, where she was responsible for managing the development and support of institutional and managed care database products, as well as a custom analytics team. Paula also held positions as Director of Account Development and Senior Client Account Strategist at Wolters Kluwer Health.
Paula earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago and received a dual undergraduate degree in Marketing and Psychology from Skidmore College.

Gerhard brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and medical informatics/mobile health space to his current role leading Symphony’s targeting and compensation practice. Gerhard is responsible for leading product management and strategy functions, as well as defining and executing the go-to-market strategies for a large portfolio of offerings. Prior to Symphony, Gerhard held leadership roles for businesses that were in start-up, dynamic growth, and mature phases – both VC backed and publicly traded.
Gerhard holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Rutgers University.

Ki has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting out in various sales roles before transitioning to lead the Managed Care Analytics group at a mid-size pharmaceutical. In his time at Symphony Health, Ki has held various roles within the Managed Markets consulting organization, from Consultant, Sr. Principal to his current role of Practice Area Head. He leads a team of seasoned consultants and principals to develop innovative consulting solutions while maximizing the data assets available to Symphony’s clients.
Ki holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ed is an accomplished pharmaceutical industry executive with more than 30 years of progressive commercial leadership experience. His global commercial experience includes sales, marketing, leadership, account management, strategic initiatives, pricing, contracting, operations, and sales force effectiveness. He has helped build commercial solutions for over 40 companies and launched over 45 products in the industry. Ed’s knowledge of industry best practices allows him to develop strategic partnerships throughout the industry, while his proven success in launching new products and commercializing drugs brings additional value to our customer engagements.
Ed holds a BA in Business and Marketing as well as an MBA from Moravian College.

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare information industry, and has been with Symphony Health for the past 16 years. He leads a team that focuses on pre-commercial, emerging, and small life science/pharmaceutical and biotech organizations in the U.S and globally. Andrew’s team specializes in building relationships at these organizations, aligning Symphony Health data, analytics, technology, and consultative solutions to each one of our client’s strategic needs. Prior to Symphony Health Solutions, Andrew worked at Scott-Levin, a secondary market research firm.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Keven leads a team of Business Development Directors and is responsible for the business relationships and performance between Symphony Health and the accounts on his team. He has 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, consistent sales quota overachievement, and product portfolio revenue growth. Prior to Symphony Health, Keven led the complete launch of the targeting and compensation New Source and MailMax data asset innovations to the healthcare marketplace at Wolters Kluwer Health. He also worked as Director of National Accounts at FWI and as Senior Product Manager at NDCHealth.
Keven holds a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
